What is Project Earth 2
Project Earth 2 is a platform creating design solutions for tackling two important challenges of the XXI century: climate change and social development.
We believe in the potential of universities and young talent for fostering innovative ideas. Our aim is to connect organizations and institutions working on-site with multidisciplinary teams of students willing to think and propose solutions for the challenges of our future. But also re-think about our existing cities and how they could improve towards a sustainable existence.
Who benefits from Project Earth 2
As an institution or as an active individual, Project Earth 2 provides a platform for initiatives focusing on social development or climate change. We want to give voice to those who want to improve their city, their community or the environment, providing them a brainstorm of solutions for their projects. We also want to support underdeveloped areas which require design ideas that will help to improve their situation.
As an university student, Project Earth 2 gives you and your team the chance to proof yourself. If you are a student concern about climate change and social development, you can join an open competition and help us to rethink about our cities of the future, help communities or come up with a new design to tackle climate change. After the competition is finished, the winner ideas will be published and spread around.
