Comments of the jury:

- The project is based on a solid analysis of the overall refugee context and situation. It offers options based on macro meso and micro impact. The rationale is relevant and strong looking for gradual sustainability and community involvement in looking for the sustainability. It is based on a socio economic dimensions and offers feasible options for job opportunity linking with surrounding areas. The household dimension is also very well-articulated and include analysis of construction materials to be used.

- Focus on economic incentives for self improvement and ground plane is strong but -towers are empty shells.

- Promising narrative about the economic exchange with the surrounding communities, but the actual social and economic interaction is not apparent in the spatial design.
