Comments of the jury:
- The project is comprehensive of a macro, meso and micro analysis which lead to a sustainability over time. Innovative thinking supports the development of hydroponic system which have effects on the wellbeing of the population but also on the potential climate changes. It is well structured and presented in a clear manner which describe subsequent steps and evolution. Economic grow is embedded in the concept itself while the social aspect could be further evolved or explained: is the settlement habitable also by other population of only refugees. This will lead to gradual integration.
- Gives attention to complex processes needed for success but - what happens besides agriculture
- Strong concept to use market economy to improve social interactions between refugees and locals while also providing economic benefit. Good analysis of camp growth. I like the idea of using attachable skins to give unique character to each building, but that could be developed further.
