Comments of the jury:

- The project I based on gradual phased transformation of the temporary phase into a development phase. Though the concept is interesting and well presented in the drawing, it remains somewhat convoluted in the description. The analysis focuses mainly on the meso scale including aspects related to the micro scale. Though it is not evident how the project fits into the macro scale to avoid isolation of the settlements. Hence the project per se is highly feasible should the context and environments round be favorable and make the settlement sustainable. It seems based on mathematical combinations and it seems self-contained which reduces the realistic implementation or it could be used when refugee do not benefit from freedom of movements. In this case though a minimum of connectivity withe external territory is still required.

- Great attitude toward public spaces and has balance between prescriptive rules and variety but - lacks larger urban order.

- Interesting evaluation and catalog of the different types of spaces, especially the attention towards public space, but the final layout and  rendering of the settlement doesn't offer all that much more than some existing camps.
