Comments of the jury:

- The project is based on full integration of communities although it is does not offer an opportunity to understand whether the host community pre-exist. It seems that the concept of community synergies is based on the “exchange of services for goods between parties involved”. The feasibility seems to be reasonable from a technical point of view while the social aspect is blurred. While the idea of having considering the natural growth of the settlement include vertical growth, it would have been relevant to provide a consideration relevant to environment as well as climate changes.

- Strong integration theme beautifully illustrated but - how are the empty plots for refugees acquired?

- Great mission statement to create a synergistic place for both refugees and locals. Social tensions that might occur in this proposal could have been addressed more. Great graphics and presentation.
